Does
IPAMS charge me any placement fees, salary
deductions, or other fees at any point during my
application, screening, and job
placement? |
|

golden rule when it was conceived in 1971, and
today, still upholds this belief in line with
its mission of maintaining the highest standards
of integrity and service for more than 30 years
of service to the Filipino. Our international
and local clients shoulder ALL your recruitment
and deployment expenses. If you have the
right qualifications our clients are looking for
and you are chosen to work for them, why should
you pay your way to be in a job that you fully
qualify for?

What is
the monthly salary rate when I get
employed? |
|
|
The
monthly salary rate for a position is generally
commensurate to qualification and experience. In
most cases, it is not discussed during the final
interview since only technical data and
questions are asked by the company's
representative. However, the compensation
package is formalized into an Offer of
Employment with accompanying employee benefits
and other terms and conditions of the Employment
Contract after selection is done. IPAMS only
chooses the best reputable clients who can
provide you highly competitive compensation and
benefits
packages. |

May I
apply at IPAMS if I am currently out of the
country or working
abroad? |
|
|
If
you are presently employed and residing overseas
and you meet the minimum requirements of a
vacant position listed in our website, send out an electronic resume through the

your application with school credentials and

If
you are presently working in the Middle East and

suggested that you acquire a "No Objection

I am a
nurse candidate. How long does it take to
complete the immigration process? |
|
|
Based
on current immigration policy of the USA, the
Employment-based 3rd Preference (Eb-3) Immigrant
Visa processing takes about 18 – 24 months to
complete in most States, provided nurse
applicant under petition completes on time the
documentary requirements of the U.S. Immigration
Office (USCIS), National Visa Center (NVC) and
the U.S. Embassy. The process may take a much
longer period of time if nurse applicant delays
the submission of any documentary requirements
and passing of the required qualifying (CGFNS
and English proficiency) and licensing (U.S. RN)
examinations. The processing time may also take
longer in Service Centers located at certain
busy states.

How will
I know that the recruitment agency / placement
firm I choose to deal with is
legitimate? |
|
|
Make sure that the
agent you will deal with is legitimate and duly
authorized by the Philippine Overseas Employment
Administration (POEA). POEA publishes a list of
licensed Philippine recruitment and placement
agencies/firms. When you deal with the
recruitment agency, do not pay any fee unless
you have been hired and signed the employment
contract. Always ask for a receipt corresponding
to any payment. Although many recruitment
agencies charge you fees after hiring, IPAMS
does NOT charge you any of these placement and
processing fees. For three decades, IPAMS
(License No. POEA-400-LB-020404-AOE; License
valid until 2012) has not gone unnoticed and has
been on the forefront of excellent business
ethics and exemplary operations. Fees charged to
candidates are NOT within the vocabulary of
IPAMS. This is in line with the Company's goal
to maintain brilliant exceptional service to the
Filipino.
If you chance upon
unauthorized entities, report the matter
immediately to POEA's Anti-Illegal Recruitment
Branch at tel. no. 722-11-92 or the Philippine
National Police or NBI.
