Keeping abreast with the current global trends and demands of the recruitment industry, IPAMS sponsored a seminar to promote the personal and professional development of its employees.

The two-day seminar on “Leadership Training for Global Professionals” held June 23 & 24, 2007 in My Father’s House, Cabuyao, Laguna was attended by IPAMS employees belonging from the top executives down to the support group. Facilitated by Ms. Connie P. Labitan, the seminar emphasized the need of being a PROACTIVE, a trait which a true and professional leader must possess. Personal effectiveness as an employee, effective communication, time management, dynamic team building among others were integrated in the Leadership Training. Games were part of the seminar where participants got to show off their innate talents, creativity, ability to perform under time and social pressure. Prizes were given to the winning teams, and certificates of attendance were awarded to the participants.

Not only a learning experience but also a time to loosen up from the busy work and a chance to enjoy the company of co-employees --- this was the training environment accorded to the participants. The venue was a plus factor for the training where participants had a rare encounter with nature, appreciating its beauty amidst the hustle and bustle of city life.

With the overtly shown active involvement of the participants in the individual training exercises and group activities, the training was truly a success! IPAMS is poised to provide more training seminars into making its employees truly professional in meeting the demands of our clients.
